Online career coaching and consultation services for individuals seeking employment in Japan. Sessions are conducted via video call (online). No physical goods are shipped.
販売価格Sales Price各コンサルテーションプランの価格は、サービス申込ページおよび決済画面に表示されます（消費税込み）。会員の方はログイン後、コンサルテーションページにてご確認いただけます。
The price for each consultation plan is displayed on the service booking page and at checkout (inclusive of applicable consumption tax).
Registered users can view available consultation plans and current pricing after logging in at japanjobmatch.com/user/consultations.
送料・配送料Shipping Fee当サービスはオンラインサービスであるため、送料は発生しません。
No shipping fees apply. This is a fully digital/online service with no physical delivery.
代金以外の必要料金Additional Chargesインターネット接続に必要な通信費用はお客様のご負担となります。ビデオ通話アプリ（Zoom等）の使用に必要な通信量もお客様の環境・契約に依存します。
Internet connection fees required to access the service are borne by the customer. Data usage for video call applications (e.g., Zoom) is also subject to the customer's own internet plan.
支払い方法Payment Methodクレジットカード決済（Visa、Mastercard、American Express、JCB）

Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Japan Job Match does not store or handle your card information directly.
支払い時期Payment Timing購入手続き（決済）完了時に即時請求されます。
Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
サービス提供時期Service Delivery Timingお支払い確認後、担当コンサルタントよりご連絡を差し上げ、セッション日時を調整の上、サービスを提供いたします。通常、お支払い確認後5営業日以内にご連絡いたします。
After payment is confirmed, our consultant will contact you to schedule the session. We aim to reach out within 5 business days of payment confirmation. The consultation will then be conducted at the agreed time via video call.
返品・キャンセル・返金Cancellations & Refunds
  • サービス提供完了後：サービスが提供された後の返金はお受けできません。
    No refunds after the service session has been completed.
  • セッション24時間以上前のキャンセル：予約セッション日時の24時間以上前にキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合、全額返金いたします。
    Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • セッション24時間未満のキャンセル：セッション日時の24時間を切ってのキャンセルは返金できません。
    No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
  • 物品の返品：当サービスはデジタルサービスのため、物品の返品は発生しません。
    No physical goods are delivered; product returns do not apply.
  • キャンセル手続き：キャンセルをご希望の場合は、 anastasiavydiuk@gmail.com までメールにてご連絡ください。
