Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
- ✓Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session — full refund issued
- ✗Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable
Refunds (Stripe Payments)
- •Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us with your order details
- •Approved refunds returned to original payment method in 5–10 business days
- •No refunds for completed sessions

Payment & Security
All website payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Japan Job Match does not store your card number or billing address. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB. All transactions are conducted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
