Job Offer Support Program
Get a Job in Japan with Job Offer Support Program
Japan is one of the most rewarding countries to build a career in. It's also one of the most confusing to break into — especially as a foreigner who doesn't know the unwritten rules.
That's exactly why Japan Job Match exists.
This program is designed to support you until you get a job offer in Japan.
The Problem
Japan's job market wasn't built for foreigners.
What most foreigners experience
- Applying into silence — no feedback, no response
- Not knowing if they need Japanese or not
- Generic advice that ignores the Japan market
- Not knowing how to sell themselves to Japanese companies
- Thinking they're not qualified enough, when they are
What Japan Job Match clients experience
- A clear strategy built for their exact situation
- Matched to a coach who knows their industry
- Insider knowledge from both sides of the hiring table
- Interview prep that works for Japanese hiring culture
- A community of foreigners on the same journey
Is This For You?
You don't need perfect Japanese or to be physically in Japan to start your job search.
This program is for you if...
- You don't know where to start — the Japan job market feels like a black box
- You've been applying and getting rejected, with no idea why
- You don't know which roles or industries are actually realistic for foreigners
- You think you need N4 or N3 Japanese to even try — and it's holding you back
- You don't know how to present yourself so Japanese companies actually see your value
- You're already in Japan but can't convert applications into interviews
You don't need to have it all figured out before you start. That's what the program is for.
Not sure if this is the right fit? Book a free consultation — any industry, any level. We'll tell you exactly where to go next.
Who We Are
Built by someone who did it the hard way — so you don't have to.
You may know me as @careercoachjp on social media, but my real name is Anastasiia.
I moved to Japan alone at 17 with no connections, no clear plan, and no safety net. Like many foreigners, I had to learn the language, navigate the job market, and build a career from scratch.
Within two years, I achieved JLPT N2 and later worked as a recruiter at Robert Walters, where I gained firsthand insight into what Japanese employers look for in foreign candidates — and why so many talented professionals struggle to get hired.
That's why we created Japan Job Match: a coaching-first platform designed to help foreign professionals navigate the Japanese job market with clarity and confidence.
Whether you're still overseas or already living in Japan, our mission is simple:
To give you the strategy, support, and guidance needed to build a successful long-term career in Japan.

People who stopped guessing and started moving.
Client Story · Harmon (UK)
Landed a hospitality role in Japan within 8 weeks — with conversational Japanese and no prior Japan work experience.
Harmon came to Japan Job Match from the UK without a clear path into the Japanese job market. He had conversational Japanese and wasn't sure which industries were realistic for someone at his level.
Through the program, the coach helped him identify the right industries, position his existing experience for the Japan market, and apply with a strategy that made sense for his situation.
8 weeks later: signed offer in hospitality in Japan.
Coach Story · Alina (Ukraine)
First job in Japan within 6 weeks via cold outreach. Promoted herself again a year later — using the exact same method.
Alina arrived in Japan not knowing where to start. She had no established network here, no insider contacts — just the determination to build something real. She used the cold outreach method: connecting the decision makers and turning conversations into opportunities.
Six weeks later she had her first job offer in Japan. A year on, with conversational Japanese and growing confidence, she was ready for more — so she used the same outreach strategy to land a better role.
The method didn't just work once. It became a skill she owns.
