  • You currently live in Japan with a valid visa
  • You speak Japanese at approximately JLPT N3+
  • You previously lived or studied in Japan
  • You have previous professional experience in Japan

You should also be:

  • Ready to relocate within approximately 3–6 months

First, let's figure out what jobs you should actually be applying for.

  • Explore alternative roles and industries you may not have considered
  • Discuss your Japanese level, visa situation and relocation strategy
  • Set realistic salary and seniority expectations
  • Define the direction for your job search
  • Review and prepare your English CV, 履歴書, and 職務経歴書

Result: You know what jobs to target in Japan and have the application documents ready to start.

Why we combine them? Your CV shouldn't be rewritten before we know what you're trying to sell yourself as — so we define your direction first, then position your documents around the roles you're actually going to target.

Job Search & Application Support

Now, let's get your foot in the door — up to 3 months.

Got an interview? Let's make them want to hire you — 2 × 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a native Japanese career coach.

  • Understand Japanese hiring logic — what companies are actually evaluating beyond your technical skills
  • Avoid cultural mistakes that can cost you an offer
  • Master your self-presentation and turn your experience into convincing stories
  • Build a strong “Why Japan?” and “Why this company?”
  • Handle difficult questions about gaps, Japanese ability, visa sponsorship, salary or relocation
  • Practice through mock interviews with direct, personalized feedback

Result: You understand how Japanese employers think and how to make your value clear within one interview.

Step 4

Continued Job Search, Offer & Relocation Support

Didn't get the offer? We don't disappear — up to 6 months.

  • Understand why an interview or final round didn't convert
  • Adjust your strategy, positioning, or interview approach
  • Reopen your job pipeline and continue finding new opportunities
  • Review and compare offers and employment conditions
  • Navigate salary negotiations and the visa sponsorship process
  • Prepare for your relocation and career start in Japan

Result: You have up to 6 months of support to keep moving forward — from your first applications through interviews, offers and relocation to Japan.
